Furniture supplied by Originaliustudio is typically made to order and tailored to your specific requirements. Because of this bespoke nature, many items are not suitable for general resale.

Order Confirmation and Changes

Before we begin manufacturing, we will confirm your design, dimensions, materials, and price in writing. Please review this information carefully. Changes requested after production has started may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. For bespoke items, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun. Where work and materials have already been committed, we reserve the right to retain part or all of any deposit paid to cover our reasonable costs.

Returns and Refunds for Bespoke Items

Because bespoke furniture is custom-made to your specifications, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, your dimensions change, or the item no longer suits your space.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure that your furniture is produced to a high standard and delivered in good condition. If you believe your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within a reasonable time with photographs and a description of the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include repair, replacement, or a partial refund, in line with applicable consumer protection laws.

Aftercare and Adjustments

Wood is a natural material and may move or change appearance slightly over time. We provide care guidance to help you look after your furniture. Minor adjustments or maintenance that become necessary due to normal wear, changes in humidity, or use may be chargeable.
